This project transformed Arcos’ flagship showroom into an immersive brand experience that celebrates the art of cutting and the ritual of sharing. The space anchored the brand’s lifestyle positioning in a setting that is materially rich, operationally flexible and designed for engagement.

Building on the momentum of Casa Decor 2025, Arcos needed a flagship showroom that would express its new positioning beyond product display. The challenge was to create a space that hosts exhibitions, training and events while holding a clear brand narrative rooted in heritage and craft.
Strategy
As part of the design team at CuldeSac, we built the concept ‘Cut to Share’ as a continuous capsule where visitors move through scenarios that enable them to experience the Arcos lifestyle.
Solution
The experience is designed as a spiral formed by corten steel panels that draw visitors to the heart of the space, the meeting area. Along the way, three capsules create signature moments for exhibiting Arcos products through distinct material worlds.
‘Cut’ references the act and tools of preparation through glass blocks, evoking ice and the freshness of newly cut produce. ‘Cook’ shifts into a professional kitchen space through metal shelving that recalls working environments. ‘Share’ moves into warmth with wood shelving that cues the dining table and the social gatherings. Together, the capsules create a journey with adaptable zones for exhibition, training and events.
Success
The showroom established Arcos’s first experiential flagship and set a new benchmark for how the brand is experienced in person. It created a flexible platform for multiple activities, strengthening client and community engagement. Finally, it reinforced Arcos’ image as a design-led lifestyle brand, translating heritage into a contemporary spatial language.
