Fuente Stories | October 2025

October finds us in Adina’s kitchen, surrounded by the warmth of the season with sweet, grounding pumpkin spice banana muffins, swirled with melted dark chocolate, fresh out of the oven.

When I walked into Adina's kitchen, it was like walking into chocolate heaven. Chocolates of all shapes and sizes, origins and textures, the smell of magic, warmth and inner peace.

Adina was as sweet as her treats and welcomed me with open arms and a hot cup of tea. It was easy to take it away from there.

We talked about warmth, being at home and feeling grounded or self-conscious. Chocolate opens your heart and softens conversation like no other ingredient.

This story comes at a point of transition. Personal changes, lifestyle shifts and the search for anchors that help you find peace in the present. It often comes down to the small, familiar things - like friends and chocolate - that bring us back to ourselves and make us feel truly at home.

Hi! I’m Adina.

I’m an Ayurveda coach and I love helping people feel better in their bodies by improving their digestion, nutrition and daily routines.

Cooking and baking have always been a big part of my life. When I cook, I always try to choose ingredients that match the season. It helps me feel connected to nature and to myself. Also, Ayurveda explains that our bodies naturally change with the seasons: our digestion, energy levels and even our cravings shift throughout the year. By eating seasonally, we support those natural changes instead of working against them, which helps us stay balanced and feel our best.

For me, cooking is all about balance. It’s my way to slow down, be creative and enjoy the present moment.

Fuente Stories is a monthly series of conversations with remarkable creatives and entrepreneurs. Each story explores themes relevant to culture, personal development and being true to yourself.
