Split is a campaign for contemporary streetwear brand KOEHLER, shot and art directed by Fuente. It explores the duality between control and release, tension and ease, structure and flow. Set between the rawness of the city and the calm of nature, the campaign examines how these worlds coexist, how we hold ourselves together and when we let go.

Strategy
The goal was to expand the language of streetwear beyond toughness and rebellion into something more nuanced and human. We explored the balance between hard and soft, dressed and bare, conscious and surrendering. Through light, texture and movement, the imagery captures grounded masculinity and sensuality - a quiet confidence that embraces self-awareness without performance.

Solution
The campaign aims to portray tension as visual harmony. Closeups, still portraits and subtle movement reveal both control and vulnerability. Eyes open and closed, body standing and in motion, each image reflects duality as a natural state. 

It unfolds across three visual series, each expressing a different facet of duality. The first is calm and grounded, paired back, evoking sensitivity and inner strength. The second introduces colour and a bolder, more sensual expression of confidence. The third, the Duality series, splits compositions and expresses the brand’s balance between raw energy and inner calm. 

The result is a campaign that sees tension as beauty rather than conflict and presents emotion as a new form of strength.

Success
Split positions the brand within a new cultural narrative for streetwear, defined by awareness, balance and emotion as much as attitude. It redefines sexiness as presence rather than display and masculinity as strength grounded in consciousness.

For a generation fluent in contradiction, this campaign offers something real. It speaks to Gen Z’s search for authenticity, for self-expression that holds both power and vulnerability. By embracing tension and expressing it visually, Split opens a new space in fashion where control and release, structure and flow, can exist in harmony.
