The redesign of Majorica’s flagship store marked a turning point in the brand’s evolution from historic pearl maker to global luxury retailer. By rethinking how customers engage with the product, we created an immersive retail experience built for storytelling, interaction and international expansion.

In 2024, Majorica set out to connect with a new generation while honouring its 130-year heritage. Located on Calle Serrano 56, Madrid’s premier luxury shopping street, the flagship became the physical expression of this shift. The challenge was to reinterpret tradition through a luxury lens while reshaping the customer journey.

Strategy
As part of the creative team at CuldeSac, we reimagined the store as a dynamic interface between brand, product and customer. Inspired by the open jewellery counters of Calle Madero in Mexico City, we merged contemporary geometry with elegant, tactile materials, inviting exploration and emotional connection.

Solution
Custom furniture, inclined display counters and a modular spatial system created a fluid experience between architecture and product. The design balances heritage and innovation, with a scalable framework for global rollouts.

Success
The store is now a cornerstone of Majorica’s global repositioning that anchors the brand’s next era of growth. Projected revenue for 2025 exceeds €26M, with 1,500+ points of sale worldwide and elevated brand equity across key international markets, including Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
